Do you prefer the girl making the first move and confessing her feeling, or do you think it's best that the guys make the first move???? And how do you feel when a girl you don't "like" but just...you know, neither hate nor love....hints that she likes you. Like, she pays attention to you and is nice to you and all. Would you dislike it that a girl you don't like seems to like you, or flattered??

Power, Personality, Looks.

I believe through my own observations, that those are the three qualities that women look for in a man.

Some men excel at one or the other, while most men have a combination of the three, and there are an unfortunate few who have neither of those qualities.

Power in the sense of whether they have the financial resources and social status to provide for their family.

Personality in the sense that the individual is easy to get along with, making the relationship more pleasant.

Looks....well pretty much self explanotory. Carnal pleasure and what not are satisfied.

Of the three which do you think is the most important?

I would say that initially looks win hands down, but in the long run power trumps them all.

Any other character traits that I'm missing?

I'm in early 30-ies, well educated, have a good job, many friends and active life. I've been travelled a lot, have lived in USA and in 3 countries in Europe. People say I'm very attractive and sexy looking... I'm metting a lot of people and getting dates is easy. But there is a problem because I 'm having 2-3 dates the most and then everything stops. I'm really wondering what I'm doing wrong...is it possible that I'm meeting only jerks? Am I sending wrong signals? I would like to have a realtionship but if that doesn't happen I need a fun at least, but seems that even that is difficult to happen and to last at least one-two months...

my 1st boyfriend lasted 3 weeks, ended last. I work with him and his girlfriend, who was an ex when we went out. good ideas on how I can avoid thinking about it when working with one or the other, or both? I love my gf. She is great in so many ways. Only hard part is she is so damned independant. She always has 12 things lined up for herself and I feel like I am lucky to make the list some nights. i asked out my friend a year ago and she said no.
