Hi All,
Whats a nice thoughtful present to get a girl for Christmas who I am very close to but she is married. Shes in her 20s and i want to get her something personal and almost romantic (but not in that way if you see what i mean). Something that she will appreciate is from the heart and that i still think about her! We are close and yes we both have feelings above and beyond friendship but we would never act on any of them and i have my own girlfriend! Both our partners are fully aware of how close we are so thats not an issue.... So answers gratefully appreciated...

Perfumes are so overdone and a weekend away treat would be nice but expensive.... I asked this question yesterday and got useful answers such as :

People are selfish and arrogant with thier feelings in finding and accepting true love either with the wrong judgement of the opposite sex or racial discrimination. There should be total and unconditional love between a man and a woman, there seems to be a difficulty in achieving this status and that is my ponder!

OK, question for all: anyone dating a really great guy (nice, respectful, honest, etc.) or a nice guy dating a girl they thought they didn't have a chance with? I ask b/c there are so many Q's out here about where are all the good guys and A's alleging that men can be pigs. Just trying to set the record straight.

For what it's worth, I knew my gf for over 1.5 years before I even thought about trying it. In hindsight, I think she was pretty flirty for sometime before I caught on. A little oblivious at times, yes. Pig, never.
