OK, here's how it works. There are three ways (that I know of) that masturbation can affect a guy's performance:
1) If he masturbates with a tight grip or bad lubrication, his penis may be desensitized. It will then take a long time for him to ejaculate because he simply will not be stimulated as much. He could also be desensitized psychologically from excessive masturbation, but that is not so much of a problem. Anyway, I heard that this problem can be very frustrating when it is extreme because you two will be very tired before he reaches orgasm (IF he reaches orgasm before you two get too tired, that is). If it's not extreme, I guess he will last long but sex will not feel as good to him as it would otherwise.
2) If he masturbates in a hurry, he will be in the habit of tensing up during the act and ejaculating very quickly. Many people do that, because they do not want to masturbate for too long. That problem is made worse by the fact that a woman is more stimulating than the hand.
3) If he masturbates with lots of patience and self-control, he may learn how to delay and control his ejaculation. This is ideal.
Now, if he does not masturbate, it is difficult to say how he would react. His testes will be teeming with semen by the time you meet, so it is likely that he will be even more excited than usual and lose control. But it all depends on how fast you two go. He may or may not be able to manage a second performance. Whatever effects would result from not masturbating are probably temporary though, so it would not matter if you two are going to do it over a period of a couple of weeks or more. Try not to judge him based on the first time you two get together. He will probably need lots of practice to get the hang of it. Good luck!

Well a mans penis is a muscle and the more it's exercised will allow it stay stay harder longer .
The only side effect i could see is if he became a chronic masturbator and that would be when you have sex he wouldnt be able to ejaculate as much.
Honestly I dont see how refraining from masturbation would help his performance any.

I don't think so.
Once it became a habit, it's not healthy to avoid doing it for awhile, unless there is a relationship. I mean your bf may do it by himself, or get to orgasm with somebody else.

Luckly this is a great solution for premature ejaculation http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?kMkE
A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.
He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Get some books and videos also until you both are experienced. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied

I always climax faster if I haven't had an orgasm for awhile. It may actually help his performance, and make the sex hotter.
