i think my depression makes me masochistic, maybe it makes me feel like i need someone to control me. is kink a natural part of your sexuality, or is it a symptom of something not quite right upstairs? i've heard both arguments, and haven't been able to "cure" myself yet!

i want to tell this guy that i love him. he is like my best guy friend and i dont want to ruin things. he always says i love you to me but i think it is more of a joking friend way then anything serious. and im afraid he wont understand when i try to tell him that i am actaully falling in love with him and i dont know how to say it without scaring him. so what do i do. because what if he dosnt love me back like that? things will be ruined. and i serisouly love this boy, i wouldnt want to be with anyone else in the world. I started dating this guy on new years basically and we hit it off great. I spent every weekend with him. We only saw each other on the weekends for we lived 40/45 minutes away from each other and his job was very demanding. We had a lot of fun together and things I thought were serious. I did love him but I was just too scared to say it. Well at the end of May we broke up and no matter what I do, I still miss him.

I met this guy in July. He is really nice and we hang out every once in a while. He took me to a concert of my favorite band. Now normally I would feel like on top of the world and be really into this guy. However I am really not. I am not saying I won't ever be. Love does grow in time. I think I am holding on to the last guy though.

Do you think I am just not ready to date? Is this normal? What should I do?

Just wondering...i have a friend that has now been with a few guys and she thinks she is a slut...i kind of agree...but i wanna see what the norm actually is before i make too rash of a decision...to me it is not really how many she had it is mopre of how it happened each time...

My friend and I were having a discussion about dating - online/offline etc. She said that men think that women who are 'fat' 'overweight' whatever you want to call it think that women who look like that have no self respect for themselves.

She said that most men on online dating sites are only looking for slim/average/athletic.

What chance does someone who is overweight have of meeting someone?

I am a 34 year divorced mom of two boys and I am dating ( not yet serious ) a 19yr old. Is that to young to be even think about being serious, am I out of my mind? I know that I care about him, and love him, not yet in-love but is there and should there be a cut of point to dating when it comes to age?
