he will know only if u tell him, u can go into the settings so that ur computer does not keep any of the old msgs. mine keeps all of mine in an archive in case i want 2 look at some at a later date. then just dont keep a msgr list & he will b none the wiser. but if u have a bf, is he not enuf 2 hold ur interest that u have 2 have someone 2 chat with. perhaps u should b chatting with him 2 figure out why u feel this way. keep the communication line open, or u r headed 4 a disappointment.

Ymessenger does have a message archive, where past messages are stored & can be viewed later.
The best way to avoid it would be to not sneak around, and then you know you won't get caught. Live honorably and with dignity.
