I am wondering if what I said a while back has smitten this girl toward me. She said something about how she wished she was a better friend, and I told her all about how her friends saw her and finished my argument mentioning what she meant to me in my life. Now, I get the feeling that she admires me a WHOLE lot, and she may like me. I am just wondering how girls view honest compliments?

I am pretty shy and introverted. I am generally by myself most the time and not very good at starting conversations(which is pretty bad at 30). Oddly enough, the girls that I have been with have approached me and started talking. Most attribute their interest to my being alone and being curious. I guess also because I dress in black a lot. Anyway, what do you think?

Everytime I try, he wants to make it work. I am also a single mother and I just want to get on with my life. We have been together 5 years and I don't see marriage in our future. Plus he is very jealous ( I did go back with my ex but that was 4 years ago) and I can't go anywhere by myself or do many of the things I used to enjoy. I have expressed this to him and he wants to work thru it. Even I did at one time, I wanted to win his trust and love back-But it is not working, we have sex every four months, I don't even have a key to his house or the alarm code and I feel like less than a person. Yes I messed the relationship up, but it's time to give up. I love him dearly but I want my life back.

Okay there is this girl I like she is so beautiful and such a great personality I am positive she likes me because when I see her she gives this stare this stare and smiles (doesn't laugh) and acts shy around me .Well when I went to call her ,her mom answered and seems mad at me for no reason I asked "Hi is carla there"and she said NNNNO!like she was acting like a smart a**.And now I am scared to call back

When im dating a guy he has 2 do everything I say, or I pout and cry, and if I feel he isnt paying 100% attention 2 me he gets the silent treatment and I make personal insults against him, and he has 2 buy me something at least a couple times a week, nothing cheap either, and I think im sooooooooo much better than every1, the only person better than me is God.

We just recently started dating and he has lost his job. I have known him for years and he has a baby to take care of now. We are both on the lease, but I know good and well I am gonna have to pay the rent for September and all the utilities, etc. Food, and everything we need to get by. He is broke and in debt to his previous roommate as well. I feel like I am going to throw up, I am so stressed and in need of some good advice. I called him today on my lunch break and asked what he was doing and he said 'nothing' I dont know how to be more aggressive with him to tell him to get off his *** and find a job, time is of the essence here, and it seems like he doesnt care. I can't do this, I have enough bills of my own to pay for! Advice anyone? Please? Some good heart felt helpful advice!!
