Okay there is this girl I like she is so beautiful and such a great personality I am positive she likes me because when I see her she gives this stare this stare and smiles (doesn't laugh) and acts shy around me .Well when I went to call her ,her mom answered and seems mad at me for no reason I asked "Hi is carla there"and she said NNNNO!like she was acting like a smart a**.And now I am scared to call back

How did you get the number? If Carla gave it to you then maybe the mom was upset about something else or thought that you were someone else. If you obtained the number in another way then maybe the mom doesn't allow Carla to receive calls from boys. If Carla gave you the number call back and say "Hi, this is ^^^^ is Carla there. That way at least she will know it was you and you tried to call her.

Yeah, how old are you? If anything find out her email address and email her then. If she likes you then you can let her know of a time when you will call her so she will answer the phone and not her mom.

just call and if mom picks up again ask her what you did to make her mad at you if you did something wrong you want to try and make it right with her you don't like makeing people mad and ask her to forgive you
