Unless you're only planning on doing it once, it seems like you'll eventually get around to doing it every kinda way.
For the first time, there is less pressure if the girl initiates (that's because no healthy man will ever turn down sex...), but the mutual attack seems to be the hottest.

I believe its better when the girl starts it because most men are constantly ready for it and if the men want it but the women don't then its just not any good. If a woman wants it and starts it then it could be better for both partners.

It really depends on the guy, but I prefer I get the clear indication that she wants to make love (have sex). It keeps the hurts and confusions down to a minimum.

I would want to hav her start, just so that way I dont totaly have her think I'm a total retard who only wants to go to 2nd bace all the time.
