ok this is probably not a big deal 2 most people but i need 2 know what 2 do

im 13 and i was once best friends with this girl who is 14 and who i was crushin hard on and we went out 4 2 days and then she dumped me and i was heartbroken cause i thought she really liked me....so me and her were still friends after we broke up in march and she came 2 my parties and we still hung out together 4 awhile but she had a graduation party in june and she barely paid attention 2 me even after i got her this really nice gold/diamond bracelet (i got alot of money) and she just stopped calling me and she didne anser me phone calls.....now i heard through the grapevine tht she got a new boyfriend and im cool with that i dont love her anymore but i also heard tht she never liked me at all and i wanna be friends with her again just 2 c if the rumors are true and if they arent then ill be her friend....ok so the main question is should i attempt 2 talk 2 her again? or completley 4get about her?

Okay, I'm like flipping out and like yeah. My best friend usually loves to mess with me by talking to me about sexual stuff cause he knows it makes me uncomfortable and he knows that I like him a lot and like yeah so yeah, he was doing that tonight, and now then he was like, talking, and then he was like, "You wanna cyber?" and like now we are and like my heart is beating seriously fast and like what do I do? what do I say?
