No of course not masturbation is a part of natural curiousity for both males and female. It has no affect on guys virginity whatsoever. Girls it has no effect on unless ur maiden head is broken. Some people define that as virginity.

No, masturbation is a perfectly natural and healthy habit. Sex is a physcial and emotional connection between two people. These are very different things and I don't think that one really has bearing on the other.
