Okay, I'm like flipping out and like yeah. My best friend usually loves to mess with me by talking to me about sexual stuff cause he knows it makes me uncomfortable and he knows that I like him a lot and like yeah so yeah, he was doing that tonight, and now then he was like, talking, and then he was like, "You wanna cyber?" and like now we are and like my heart is beating seriously fast and like what do I do? what do I say? I mean, yeah, I've cybered before, but not with anybody I've met in person, and like, I don't know what to say to him. It's awkward and like yeah.

cyber? that turns you on? you get turned on off online words? its nothing dont worry about it. btw, your "best friend" prob has a crush on you, but is just tricking you into thinking hes just a friend because hes too scared to tell you. you should approach him and ask him if he likes you or not, if he doesn't, tell him to stop. no entangling relationships this way and noone will get hurt.
