I was watching a court show and the couple who were on there trying their case were black. The woman said (refering to her ex boyfriend) " He has his little chicken head laying up on the mattress with him."

What is a chicken head? I'm assuming it is a woman but what does it mean in regards to the woman?

My husband recently began thinking about getting circumcised.
