There is this guy that i just meet from one of my closest friends (his name is Sean), i have only been talkin to him on the phone and online and stuff, and we're all going to meet up at the mall this weekend. I really like this guy already because we have so much in common and enjoy the same music and stuff and he lives close to me, and hes a really nice person to talk to. But then one of my friends named devyn,(i dont really know him that well, but hes the sweetest guy) asked me out, i dont know what to say to him, cuz i really like sean, but i dont know how we would be together, and i really like devyn, but he just moved away from me, but he said he would drive to visit me. So my question is, if i should stay liking sean and see if it works, or go out with devyn and try how that would work?

I ran into my ex at a party at the weekend. We chatted and danced all night and both agree we had a wonderful time. She said I could stay at hers and I was glad to, but nothing happened, though my heart was beating like a hammer. The next day I already noticed I was looking at other women. Later she told me she was already seeing someone new.
I broke the relationship off before, because I felt I didn't truly love her and I wanted someone more creative and maybe less extroverted. That "X factor" wasn't there. But I wonder whether I was looking in the wrong place for the fulfilment my life seemed to lack - I know I could take more responsibility for how full and enjoyable my life is. Though I'm bright and well qualified, I have become increasingly anxious since knowing her and failed a course and lost a job! Do the imperfections in a relationship, like not feeling a "Wow" factor diminish when you have a fuller life?

I always knew men cheated, but when I went to work out in Alberta (where everyone was away from home), I was appalled at the number of married men who hit on me. It makes me never, ever want to get married. I even have a hard time trusting in a relationship, because cheating almost seems inevitable. Why do men even bother to get married in the first place?? You hardly ever hear them say anything nice about their wife. (I do paperwork in a construction setting) And once one of them marry us, that's all we are - the wife. We don't even have a name anymore. Keep the wife at home so they can have their hussie while they're away. (yeah, I'm a little bitter)

We usually talk every night. She went on vacation with her friend and her friend's family. She called maybe twice during the week she was gone. When she did call, it was only for 2 minutes and was really rushed. It didn't seem like she even cared. To be honest, I'm a little ticked that she didn't call to talk more often. I understand she's on vacation, but I think she can spare a few minutes to call and tell me about her day and ask how I'm doing and stuff...

I am a really nice guy but all I ever get is the shaft when it comes to dating. It seems like all girls like anymore is to have sex drink alcohol and smoke as well as be wild why is it so hard to find a girl that isnt like that?
