i am talkin 2 this guy in america.. can it work between 2 people so far away?

we met on a pen pal site but have really hit it off. i am i being realistic that more cud happen between us..

Looks - Photos can lie
Truthfulness about age/weight/thoughts etc

If all the above are ok sometimes it can work out. Mind you....I have met 50+ men over the internet and only had a proper spark with one. If you go to a pub or a roomful of people...how many men do you fancy? Like 1 or 2 max?

Talking on the internet is like drinking tea with your nostrils closed up. You know its tea but you cant smell it...so you dont REALLY know what its like. It could be Earl Grey or it could be green tea...or ashes..FAT ashes.

Rarely do people tell about the BAD meetings of internet loves because they would rather stick their head in a bucket over their silliness and embarrassment. OCCASSIONALLY some people meet and they click...but its rare. Sometimes they click but find out so much that they are scared for their lives when they get to know the person better.

The odds are low but if you want to meet...make sure it doesnt cost you anything but time....and make sure you are in a safe environment.

And for any real relationship to develop, you would have to be close enough to spend time together on a regular basis.......otherwise you're just pen pals

Yep it can work. I'm from England, my wife is American. Been married six years now. Of course just because it can work doesn't mean it will. But there is nothing wrong with arranging to meet one day and seeing where it goes from there.

to be honest and i dont want to upset you but it may not work. the thing is you are not phisicaly there to give him certon need. you may be able to help with the verbal things but he is still going to need someone to hold at night and b/c you are ot there it will end up being another. than if they fall for each other you are left in the dark. be real about it. dont get to caught up with him it may not work.
