if a person says that they are underage then they are..alot of females look older that what they really are now a days..they can easily copy a pic from google ect. if your takling to an underage girl that you area pervert an need some serious help

NO...do not beleive anything you hear on the internet through a chat group...and most of all NEVER meet anyone off the internet.....anyone can sit on a computer and chat about how they wish they were or make themselves seem better and glamerous to sute your style....just to get you into a trap....so HELL NO!!!!!

anyone can get a random picture on the internet and claim it is them. Be careful, personally i wouldnt trust anyone i didnt KNOW.

You can't always believe it because they can get pictures from www.google.com and just send them to you, saying they're 14. Get to know them a little bit better.
