yes... him loving you cannot be controlled by you.. but you loving him can be... you have to tell the guy as soon as possible,.....
You have LOVED him ...you haven't done any crime... you should say it girl... no matter what happens.... may be he is waiting because of same dillemma as you are in....
you should nbever be late in these matters.... you have to confess as soon as possible, or else someone takes your love away.......

The only problem with that is the possibility of making things very complicated and getting disappointed. If you say it, he's going to feel as though he is obligated to say it too, and he might say it without really meaning it. Or he might not say it, which would make you feel bad and him feel guilty. As long as you're perfectly aware that you might not get the same response, I think you'll be okay.

It's definitely taking a risk. I did this because I couldn't hold it in any longer. He told me he loved me a couple days later, but I kept wondering if he said it just because I did, though he insisted that he meant it.

its worth a try because he probably feels the same way, but is just like you,.....shy Or maybe to spare your feelings if he doesn't love you yet, slide it in and tell him you like him alot, more than normal, more than you should, see what he says...good luck
