I have been used to dating really pretty girls up until about 3 years ago..Since then I have had multiple injuries to my face such as a broken nose a smashed jaw bone and a lenghty scar.I'm also going grey and my hair isn,t as thick as it used to be.I'm not at all shallow A woman has to have a great personality but she also needs to be beautiful in my eyes and because of my waning confidence of my looks it's getting harder to attract these beauties.any tips?

At one point I was doing the whole online dating thing. This seemed to be pretty fruitless as I would spend hours sending out icebreakers and flirts only to get no response. At the same time, the women that found it necessary to flirt with me were soooo not my type it's not even funny. It's like they didn't even read my "ideal match". Am I somehow not as handsome as I thought? Why am I attracting the bottom of the barrel? Where are the attractive ladies? Check out my old posting on yahoo for more insight.

I live in London and have been looking for a woman to go out with for a serious relationship for about a year. I never looked before, because my parents didn't allow me to date. I am now 23 and am still at university and plan to study more, but I can't meet any good-looking, sophisticated and intelligent women that don't drink or smoke. Girls are always complaining that they get asked out all the time, anywhere. What is the actual amount of times? As a man, I probably get about only four girls asking me out a year (and most of those are sixteen and that's not going to happen...)
