my female friend she always saying how other girl are so hot and and her legs are not perfect and this and that...but in reality...she friking AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL!! what does she want me to tell her..does she really think that ...WHATS GOIN ON!!?!?!

It's self-esteem sweetheart. I go through the same thing, all of my life I have been told that I was fat and ugly... usually to make the person saying it feel better, after a long time of being told that, it is the way you actually see yourself. It is horrible! I look in the mirror and i see a 300# lady staring back at me. In reality, I am 5'7". and about a buck-fifty. As far as ugly, the only time i can see that I am not ,is when I see a picture of myself. Apparantly, someone (s) has messed with her mind a-lot over the years. Just reassure her, that's all you can do. You're a good friend and a sweetheart for caring about your friend. God Bless.

Women are usually insecure and complicated to understand. Either they're too beautiful and even then they complain that they're ugly. On the other hand, if they're simple looking, they think of themselves as the most prettiest creature on earth. Women can never be satisfied.
As for you girl's case, I think she seeks attention and praising words about her body from you. Do that occasionally, but not too often. Praising her occasionally would maintain the importance of your words to her.

many women today are intimdated by the girls on tv and in magazines
but that is not real beauty real beauty is the smile you see when you or someone makes her laugh and when she feels good about herself not airbrushed beauty
man why can't every guy be like you in that subject
also beauty is in the eyes of the beholder so maybe i am wrong but i am a girl who feels the same way

there are two reasons for this, either she is really insecure about her looks and really does think she is ugly OR (and this is more likely) she is fishing for compliments, she wants you to go on and on about how pretty she is and about all her good bits, and she wants you to say she is prettier than the girl she has just been admiring, she is just after getting some compliments. She doesn't want you to drop the subject so she keeps denying that she is pretty so that you talk about how wonderful she is for longer, it's about flattering her ego

there is enough pressure in society to be a "10" that women are not satisfied with self if a "9"
and yes, being told how pretty or amazingly beautiful one is over & over again is quite nice

1 of 2 reasons. 1. They may be fishing for compliments. 2. They may have self-esteem issues or some other psychological problem that makes them believe they are ugly even when they aren't, the way anorexics think they are fat when they weigh less than 90 lbs.

It's pretty simple really. Women are under social pressure to look perfect... It's not possible, so we feel bad about the way we look and punish ourselves for not achieving impossible standards.

It could be one of two things...
She either likes to be told so she denies it to hear it more
Or..
She really doesn't look at her self and think she is. But somtimes being told everyonce in a while or when we look our worst really makes us feel beautiful.

It hurts more when people think you're pretty but you cant see it. I pray for God to make me see what other people see. I'm just like this friend of yours, I have no idea why people think I'm pretty when all I see is ugliness.
