There is no real answer to this question but what I have learned of what love is to me is...
(L)isten: and Validate them by hearing and empathizing.
(O)verlook: their minor character flaws as they will overlook yours.
(V)alue: who they are and what they mean to you.
(E)xpress: how you love them not just with words but with actions.

I wrote this to my love....
Love is endless possibilities, which opens new doors,
And love is the feeling I got, when I realized my heart was yours,
Love is more than hugs and a kiss, a chance for hope or a wish,
And the only thing more beautiful than my love, is the guy I’m in love with,
Love is somewhat lucky, Two people meeting and coming together,
And love never dies, so you’ll have a spot inside of my heart forever,
Love is meaning, when you thought that you had nothing else to believe in,
Love is a cause to be breathing, when you were left searching for a reason,
Love is deeper than a liking, and more emotional than just lust,
Love is honesty, loyalty and trust, all of the qualities I see in us,
Love is the answer to your problems, when you were left searching for why’s,
And love is the certain feeling you get when you gaze into that person’s eyes,
Love is not lies or deceits, because it’s meant to be true,
And just to think, I didn’t even know what love was, until god sent me you

Love is when a person have this enormous feeling for another person. Love is when you go outta your way for someone. Love is when you give your last. Love is when you still love them if they gain a little weight. Love is when you put GOD first in your life

To me love is when you are far away from that person for a couple of hours your already missing them. Your always there to listen to them no matter what. Or when there down your just there to share a shoulder to lean on. When you pray for them more than you pray for yourself.. That's what love is to me...

love is devotion and sacrifice, is to endure anything just to make ur soul mate happy, even giving up ur own needs and desires, love is care and understanding, support , help, advise, listening, forgive, tolerate, care for the other person s needs and dreams, patience.
