Singles & Dating - 10 June 2006

My boyfriend and I have been dating for 4 months now and last weekend we both agreed on taking a break from eachother to see what we want in our lives and the relationship. We have had some problems in the past but have made it through them all. But now the question is: Is it good to a take break this early in a relationship when both people agreed on it and also how long should it be until you know when to end this break. It has already been a week and when I spoke to him on Thursday he said by sunday. Im just done with this whole thing I wish I would have never brought it up a few weeks ago cause I feel like thats the reason why he brought it up again. We did rush into the relationship and right now times are tough with work, school(for me) and his friend moving in and also his other friend comming home from iraq and with my ex-fiance's mother in the hospital and me flying out to be with him and his mother that I was really close to. Do you think this is a bad sign?

I know there are laws in the us pertaining to age of consent when it comes to sexual engagement. I understand why too because i would love to behead a pedifile here and there. But what makes a pedifile? When i was 16 and 17, there were some 14 through 16 year olds i found attractive, and that wouldn't be looked upon as weird, but at 18 i still thought some girls from that age group was attractive. i'll go out on a limb and admit now at almost 21, there are some damn good looking 16 year olds. but i'm no fool. i won't touch jail bait, and i am dating legal women. but the previous statement is enough to probably raise eyebrows. what age does it make the attraction actually creepy, and why?

ok so i liked "joe"he WHOLE skool year, then I told him I liked him, and it turned out he liked me to, so I became his gf. he is my first bf. I dont think things are ever going to work out, we're both to shy and untalkative. so its hard 4 us to chat and all tht. I had been going out with this one guy for about like three years and we loved eachother half-to- death. Now, all of a sudden its over and Im devestated! I've been single for 3 years and recently met a really lovely guy, but as soon as he started paying attention to me like he is ringing every night, texted me 10 times today and I feel really crowded.
