I guess if the two of you are ready and have the same goals in life you wait til you are old enough like you said ask her for her hand in marriage if she excepts, the two of you make arrangements to take your families out for dinner or something and make the announcement, and once you get to that stage you (the groom) step out of the way and let the women take it from there.
But, before you get this far make sure that you and your lady are ready for all that comes with married life, take your time to get to know each other.

You wait and see how the relationship progresses, then when you are old enough ask lots of peoples advice and make an informed decision.

wait till you are old enuf, lots will change by then, hormones start kicking in, you will observe different things you like in women. your taste will change and if they don't you can pursue her then. enjoy your childhood, too much TV makes you think you are ready for adult life, you aren't. adults have their own set of problems that I am sure you see around you. some things get easier as adults , some things get tougher, wait and see how your adult life is going before making a decision.

Date her. Make sure she feels the same way. Have a relationship and if it is meant to be you will be together when your old enough

wait until you are older than just old enough. then you can get married, but wait a while and just date for a few years.
