my father has a house that was bought before he remarried,he passed away and i am executer of his estate..his wife put renters in this house without my consent do i have the right to serve a 3 day notice for them to leave or do i have to give a 30 day notice...these renters are her family.

I'm living with boyfriend, we've been together for 4 and a half years, and living together for 2 years. I love him, he's such a lovely person, but I just don't think I'm in love with him anymore. We have a house, bills and joint accounts, our familys are happy for us, and I just don't want to let anyone down. If we split I won't have anywhere to go, we'd have to sell up. To be honest I think thats whats keeping us together. I have known this other guy for 10 years, nothing has ever happened between us but the feelings have always been there for both of us, we have discussed it lots of times. He lives in Spain and neither of us know what to do about it, there just seems so many barriers, house, family's, distance, jobs etc. I just feel like I'm going to regret it for the rest of my life unless we do something about it. Can anyone help me, I just feel so guilty.

My bf's mum died not long ago, and at the time, we were "house hunting" - looking to move in together.
Now he has been left to care for his elderly father, as his brother lives away from home already. He does all the cooking, cleaning etc... and I know it is really hard on him, but the main problem is...:
I am living in a rented house, but we want to move in together so we can start a family. We are both desperate for that, but..
1) My bf can't leave his father on his own without any help, as he is very forgetful etc...
2) We can't start a family while living apart due to rumours in this very small town.
3) If we bought a house together, he would still have to go and make dinner, put his dad to bed every day
4) I can't move in with him and his dad, as I already have a son from a previous relationship, and it would be too much stress for his dad. Also, due to my upbringing, I have "house pets" - not acceptable to his father.

Can any1 suggest anything?

there's a gentlemen whom is a family friend who is known to us as 'CUZ', he is a fun guy he and my sisters were partying/runnin' buddies many years ago thru today,i am younger so i was not able to hang with them back then.Now i am of age and CUZ(the fun guy)and i seems to find each other interesting. And in d last few weeks we try to begin a secret/personal relationship that i at first wanted to keep silent due to the possible comments/opinions i'm sure my older sisters would want to share with me due to their knowledge of him from their past party lifestyles,During one of our many phone chats this guy informed me he and one of my sisters has been physically closer than i knew but no relationship grew they were only playin' each other years ago,this bothers me even though we are only platonic friends, N our earlier chats we discussed taking our relationship up a level however, its a NO-NO(to me)due to his experience with my sis,i want to continue chatting, do i MENTION 2MY SIS?

I just dont like my life cuz lots of things have happend. I dont believe in myself and i have no confindence and cant do anything by myself. I have felt like this since April. I need help and dont know wat to do. I ask ppl for help but i dont get the right answers on things i can do. I have no way for me to believe in myself cuz of things that happened in my life. I cant trust many ppl cuz friends have screwed me over. I cant trust myself cuz i dont make good choices. Lately i havent cared about wat happens to me and i cant do anything anymore. I dont sleep cuz i have too much on my mind. I dont know if any of this makes sense but if u understand it and know anything that might help, let me know. It will be greatly appericated.

Ok here are the details, he broke into my home, away from my children, beat me in the apartment, dragded me outside stuffed me in the back of a car while his friend was driving beat me 4 hours, I heard the bones in my nose break, I am a woman, blood drenched my shirt so bad you could not see the origingal color, took me out the car stomp on my chest, I could not breath. was suffocating, I could count the seconds, and everything sounded like I was underwater. Pulled me back up took me back to the buiding bashed my head in a brick wall pulled me upstairs and my kids saw my face screaming and crying, it was horrible, well anyway he served some time in jail but not all cause he has heart conditions all of the sudden and crap. Now he is out and did not spend his sentence in jail. He is a felon now, and he was before for financial crimes, well anyway I was going to report to his job that he is a felon. He will be fired. Will I recieve karma for doing this. I am a buddhist I want to forgiv
