Is the new wife his beneficiary? Does she have any ownership of the premises?

Check with your local legal clinic but if you have trespassers on your father's property there is no need for any notices. Just notify the police and arrange for arrests if they won't leave immediately.

have you consulted a lawyer about this matter which would be your best option you will need to bring legal papers to prove your the exector of your fathers estate. and depending what state you live in some states require a 30 day notice other states will let you serve a 3 day notice you also maybe looking at take this woman who puts renters in the said home to court to get this stopped. but i feel you do have the legal to evict those you didn't approve to live there

You may be named as executor under a will, but you have no legal authority to act unless and until named as such by the probate court with jurisdiction. You need to consult with an attorney right away. The new wife may very well own all or part of the house. Get an attorney now!
