In one of my questions, I mentioned I'm not popular, so I don't have that many friends. I only have one true friend that sits with me at lunch. I have a few friends that live far away. Then there's those people that used to be my friends that are mean to me now. I want more friends! As people have told me in my recent question, being popular is out of the question. There is this guy that I have known every since kindergarden. After grade school we ended up going to different schools and stopped talking for years. Last christmas, however, we ran into each other again and started talking. I had just gotten out of a three year relationship, so I didn't really want to get into a commited relationship. We started going out alot and he told me that he wanted to be with me, however, within a few weeks of our relationship I ended up leaving him for my ex. He pretty much stopped talking to me, but I realized after I left him that I really liked him, but he'd have nothing to do with me. A few months ago we got into a huge fight, and he ended up saying some hurtful things to me. We completely stopped talking, but now he is starting to message me every now and then, and he even apologized for everything he said to me. He told me that if I wanted to hang out sometime we could. So do you think he still likes me, or am I just hoping for nothing?

My best friend has recently joined the cheerleading team with me. Another one of her good friends is totally not supportive. She's someone who you might call "emo" and says things like, "ew" and "wtf is wrong with you" on days when we have games and have to dress in our uniforms. I can see that it's really hurting my friend's feelings because they used to be super close. I want to help or say something but I don't really know what to do. Please help!!

Last week I saw a post on here where a woman was talking about hiring a private eye to investigate her daughters boyfriend. Somebody mentioned the link http://background-records.net/ as a good place to find info online. Well I checked out the site and was bored so I started entering names of people I know. That is when I discovered that my friends fiance was convicted of assualt in 2001. I am sure she doesn't know about this. I have to tell her because I fear for her safety but I don't know how to approach the subject without her hating me. We have been friends since the 3rd grade and this news is going to devestate her.

Any insight on how to handle this situation would be appreciated. Thank you.

I dont understand. i spend all day//everyday with her and at the end of the day she appreciates michelle more than me? It makes
me soooo jealous. Why all of a sudden this is happening? She has never said something like that to me;ever.

SO BASICALLY:
I spent my whole summer going to this girl's house from 9:00am-9:00pm, learned everything about her, and met her family. &after that, this is what I deserve. What a waste of my time.

i invited my friend steph over to sleepover + 3 of my other friends called and asked me to hangout. i told them i already had plans w/ steph + they said we all should. i said i would see if i was allowed + if steph was too + then get back to them. the problem is i wasn't allowed + forgot to call them back to tell them we couldn't go. one of my friends out of that group is very stubborn + usually doesn't take sorrys. should i not say anything + see how things go ? + also, do you think they are angry about it ?

thats a say, and it became with me. i have a friend which i like her scince kg1, and in grade 5/6, she became to be more jealous of me, dislike me, and in the high school, she became to be more jealous of me, and dislike me, but i did not ever made something bad for her, always i talk to her and im always her friend, but she is always the opposite. when her other friend is absent she will come to me and she will be very good to me, but when her friend comes back, she will be very bad, rude and says things that will affect peoples feelings. every year as she grow up, she will be worser than the year before. she were my best friend from kg1, and now she is my enemy. im good with her, shes bad with me.
Please i want specific answers becasue i don't know why the best friends are at last enemies. please can anyone explain this?!

If your close female friend says that she doesn't want a relationship,the main reason being that she is scared of
losing the friendship\risking it.

This girl, I know her through my dad's cousin. My dad is related to my uncle, beacuse they're cousins. So, his kids would be my SECOND cousins. Then, the girl, is related to those same second cousins of mine through thier moms side. So, this puts her as of no relation to me. Anyways, I think she likes me. She, laughs at all the stupid stuff I do, somehow all of her friends know me. Anyways, it's weird because we're cousins with the same people, so it kind of seems she is my cousin, too. Although, really, she's a family friend but still comes to all family parties, etc. One night she stayed over and I was like "Hey, did you know..." and, I didn't finish the sentence, and she comes out of no where and says "...what? that our parents would joke around when we were younger and say, 'we should get these two married?' I was like, "WOAH, how did she guess that" in my head. Then she is like "I don't think about that, I think of you as a cousin." But, I think she tried avoiding the subject HELP
