I do this ALL the time with my friends` locker.
get gift wrap and cut out the shape of the locker, and of course, leave a square for where the lock actually is. tape it on, then get construction paper, magazine, etc., or write happy birthday on the locker. get your friend`s locker combination and put some presents in there. Get a pretty paper with a hole in the corner that is actually smaller than the locker. in the hole, put a string on with a pen attached to it, and on the paper write sign here to wish ___ a happy birthday! have fun!

Print out images and pictures that say Happy Birthday along with colorful post its and decorate her locker with them.

Put Happy Birthday on a piece of paper then put other little bithday images on it and well pt her name all big then also have another blank paper that has numbers like

like that then have all of her friends sign it! then put your hand on her eyes take her to her locker remove then and watch how she reacts also it will be good to get her a gift. That wouls be nice!

Put ribbons on his/her locker and attach a few balloons onto it. Tape a piece of paper, it saying 'Happy Birthday (your friend's name here)!'

At my school girls put a paper that says Happy Birthday...... and put ribbons on and stuff. Plus, they put a present in her locker.

make a collage of pictures of you and your friend, as well as pictures of things that your friend likes and put that on her locker. you could also hang streamers from her locker too, or attach a few balloons.

thats cute! everyone does that at my school! ok so get some wrapping paper and tape it to her locker and then put a bow on it. if you have them, picutres are good to put on there too!

I used wrapping paper, ribbons and pictures. Plus lots of tape. But do something she would like.

something that won't be a pain in the butt to clean up. You put little magnets everywhere? they sale ones you can make yourself at craft stores, or you can smother it with cute pictures of things she likes? movies.... actors... rock stars.... just as long as she doesn't have to spend hours scraping off tape or glue
