I have know this girl for about eight years now. We have became best friends. We did everything with each other. When we got out of school the summer was fun. Now that she has went to college and is in college everything has changed. I didnt go to college because I wanted to get a job and save money up. Anyways..we have been out of school for about three years now and I told her that I was thinking about taking a class or two. She was all happy and we started being good friends again. Well somethings happen and I didnt to take a class this year and she got all mad at me. Anyways.... We go to our high school's homecoming game every year and she told me that she wanted to go so I said ok. But now she e-mailed me and told me that she cant go with me because she is going with somebody that she gos to college with because our school is playing his old school and she cant be friends with me because I dont go to school and that I'm nothing. I dont come from a family with money like her.

my best friend whom i have known since way back early in high school owes me $150. i know him very well, we hang out every weekend and talk everyday and still do. we both come from wealthy families so $150 is not really a big deal, but i want him to pay me back to show me some respect and that i am not being used for my money. he owed me that much about almost a year ago and i havent said anything. i let him borrow something he wanted and he ended up wanting to keep it, said he'll pay me for it, but never did. i dont work so i dont make money, i go to college. he works full time and spends his whole paycheck every weekend he gets it. i know he can afford to pay me back, but i am afraid that if i ask, he will get mad and it will cause problems for our friendship. the thing is, we always borrow money (cash) from each other, but we end up paying each other back some other way besides cash, like paying for something. how can i get even? or get him to pay back?

i dont know how else to take a girl out on a date besides going out to a restaurant for dinner. i am on a diet, not exactly trying to lose weight but i am trying to get slimmer. i dont eat much these days and i dont plan to. all i eat is ham sandwishes these days. what am i going to do, take her out to subways? i cant, i dont know how else, someone please help me.

is it ok to still be friends with ur best friend's ex, if you were friends before they even went out, or met. and ur best friend is the one who broke it off for someone else. would that be overstepping the unwritten rule of frienship?

Okay, my boyfriend and I have been going through some very crazy times...I just had a daughter a little less than a year ago and we are on and off with the idea of being friends. We love each other but we fight constantly so its hard for us to be together. He slept with someone else and I was really hurt even though I shouldn't have been b/c we're "separated" so I made a big deal about it being about STD's. So out of spite...without him knowing I slept with someone I knew from a previous relationship. He still doesn't know. The dilemma is we both got tested and I had something (nothing life threatening but still nasty) and he didn't. But because we had sex before my test he may have it. SO, should I wait until it is out of my system and tell him we both need to get tested together or should I just outright tell him? I do love him but because he is in another state things get really complicated. I've really screwed up and I just want to start over with him.

Is it possible to find people to chat with on yahoo who are just looking for friends? I am 26 and married with two kids. I'd like to meet new people, especially other parents and blended family members, to talk to, but all I ever get are pervs. I don't want to get picked up, but I would like to make some new friends and have people to talk to. (I'm home on maternity leave right now and bored out of my skull.) I'm new to this and I think it's amazing how you can "meet" people from all over that you never would have talked to otherwise. Can't this be used for something besides sex?
