heck yes, I'd tell. if he steals from his "friend" now what makes you think he's a good friend? good friends don't steal from each other. the sky is filled with stars and the sea with fish. There are plenty of more friends out there for you. good luck. tell your older siblings, maybe they'll beat the 20 bucks out of him. :D

Why would you call it a "true friendship" if he stole money from you? Real friends do not steal money and what he did was wrong. You know that. Talk to him about that first, and if he doesn't give you your money back, tell your teacher. In the meantime, make some new friends who will not steal from you. There are plenty of fish in the sea and this guy is NOT your friend at all. Good luck.

Sorry hun, if someone stole $20 from you then they're not any kind of friend. Don't be scared of losing a friendship with someone like that. You're better off without that person anyway.

Tell the teacher and hope he gets in deep trouble.

just tell him that you want you money back. IF he gives your money back you wont do any thing. You see reall friends don't steal expessialy from friends. This person dosnt sound like a good friend. What kind of friend steals from a friend. It sounds like this person is just using you. You can also think of it this way. By not doing any thing this person might think no one will say any thing and steal from some one else. He might steal alot more money and get in alot of trouble. So by doing some thing he will learn not to steal and he wont get in trouble with the law.

How is it a friendship if they are stealing from you? Ask yourself if he was a true friend, would he steal from you and go with what your gut tells you to do. It sounds like you know what you should do. Don't think of it as tattling, think of it as helping your friend out with his problem. He needs help because this could get worse as he grows up if not addressed.

If you don't do something, what's to say your friend won't steal from you again? Would a "friend" do this? Worse thing you can do is to let it go, but only you can make this decision.
