I would say that it depends on what you are dealing with. If it's something very important to you, then the answer is NEVER! You should always fight for what you believe in! If it is something petty, then there is no better time then NOW. But remember, saying you had enough is almost like quitting. Once you quit, it becomes easier and easier for "you" to give up.

Maybe not quite what you mean, but what it meant to me a few years ago:
Enough is Enough.
