hi again.. my question is:
i babysat for this family who had some money issues. i understood that but thought it would be easy for them to pay me..the babysitter ASAP. well, it took them a little more than 3 weeks to finally pay me. they gave me a check for 50 dollars and i deposited it into my checking account along with other deposits. well, i was buying things but keeping track of everything until i checked my online banking statement.it was 102 bux negative because her check bounced and i was spending money that wasnt there. so now im stuck without my 50 dollar check and overdrafted fees her check caused. should i make them just pay me the $50.00 back because the check bounced or should i have them pay the $50.00 PLUS the overdraft fees her bad check caused? any help would be great.

my best friend likes this guy and he likes her too, but they got separate classes due to shuffling of classes. they r not even on speakin terms with each other . shes damn sad coz they dont even exchange a word now.
she gets all moody. what can do to help her out

i love to be friends with almost everyone in our batch.. as in everyone.. but they all are different.. some of my newest friends tell me to ditch my other friends because they are so weird and they are losers.. i would like to have a really good reputation.. and ditching some of those "losers" somehow was the solution.. but it seems really bad.. but if i don't follow them.. people would hate me.. they'd think i'm a loser and a weirdo too.. what do i do?

I'm a single mom and no date for almost 5 years, i'm afraid to commit again for a new relationship. Male found me uninteresting i don't know why maybe because they found me unapproachable, iseem not interested to go out anymore but i know i have to move on. Any suggestion of what to do? thanks

my friend has a new boyfriend. they have been dating for 6 months. im rather concerned as she never sees her friends anymore. she is obsesed by this guy. im not jealous of her relationship. he just seems to be controlling her. she has consult with him when she wants to go out and see her friends and when she does ask him if she can see her friends there is always some reason as to why she cant. he always contols who she speaks to and what she wears!!!my friend never used to be like this. she was always really out going and did her own thing. am i worrying over nothing?

my best friend is a guy. he had a thing for me a while back, but I thought we had it sorted. He regularly tells me that I am attractive, etc which I just laugh off cause it's like a bit of banter. But the other week, we went out and he kept commenting on the dress I was wearing. Instead of saying 'yeah you look nice in that dress' he said 'I need to go and crack on off now'!!

I feel quite uncomfortable with it. We've slept in the same bed before and I've woke up to find him touching me, but he's said he didn't know what he was doing cause he was drunk/asleep. I'm starting to get irratable with him cause it's like he treats me like a girlfriend but I don't want to be his girlfriend! Often when we meet it's just the two of us, and I'm aware that it's getting just a little too cosy but I don't know what to do!

i started year 7 this year, and i knew no one, so i had to make firneds, as most people do. i made friends with these to girls eilish and grace. they are really nice, very opinionated and fun to be around. but lately me and eilish have been fighting over small things, but i consider her a friend. after a particularly large fight, i told her what i had written on my time capsule (which all year 7's had to make) about her. i wrote 'i know eilish is a true friend because we always have fights, but we always make up, they dont really mean anything. and she was like 'bullcrap erin, they mean there's something wrong with our friendship' and i was like, 'eilish, if u dont wanna be my friend, tell me' i had always felt a bit excluded because grace and eilish were always closer, but know she is really angry at me. and i went on my msn chat logs, and one time i was in a convo with the 3 of us, and it said she went off line, then i saw she had said to grace'can erin read this? i blocked her cause
