When someone "hits on you" that means they are flirting or trying to see if you are interested...
Some guys go for the innocent look...innocents come across as inexperienced (sexually) and therefore are desirable to some (more so than a woman who appears very experienced)...
His comment is meant to be flattering...even if you don't find being "hittable" to be a kewl thing...

Hittable? Sounds like both of you need to lay off the gangs. Enroll yourself in a grammer class. Maybe worry more about homework then your 'hittableness.'

He means suitable to hit on (eg chat up/shag et cetera) rather than suitable to hit (in the boxing sense of the word).
Yep, he wants you all right. If you want him too then off to bed with the pair of you. If you don't then tell him kindly but firmly and keep him as a friend.
