i love to be friends with almost everyone in our batch.. as in everyone.. but they all are different.. some of my newest friends tell me to ditch my other friends because they are so weird and they are losers.. i would like to have a really good reputation.. and ditching some of those "losers" somehow was the solution.. but it seems really bad.. but if i don't follow them.. people would hate me.. they'd think i'm a loser and a weirdo too.. what do i do?

peer pressure...
if you want to be friends with everybody make sure you have the right reason for that, not because you want o get good reputation or popularity...be friends with others because you mean it not because of some lousy....'reason'..
and remember, you cant please everyone.
Choose your friend wisely...friends that will stay by you till the end

Be friends with whomever you want to be friends with...treat others as you would like to be treated...it'll pay off for you in the long run...
Anyone telling you to dump other friends, isn't a friend a to you...think more about your inside, than your outward reputation...you'll get a better reputation by standing by your friends than by dumping people to hang with the popular crowd...

Be true to who you are.. If people like you then they will like you for you not for who your friends are.. Think about it this way
were those wierdo's and losers there for you before you so called cool friends even noticed you??

you need to split the 2 groups up.people won't think that you are a loser.find time to be with both groups at different times and don't talk about one group to the other.
