I have this friend, a close friend, who is smart (she came second in our entire grade), pretty, is an only child so she more or less gets everything that she wants, good at sports, outgoing (so has many friends even the popular people.) I am also smart (but I’m not on the honor role because I failed maths-my worst subject), pretty (but boys don’t notice me), but am not so great at sports, am the first of 3 children, (so I practically have to beg to be taken shopping) an shy/reserved so I when my friends are away, I become a loner) . And she makes me feel bad by comparing herself to me. Last year during PE, I took my top off and she saw my abs. She made a big deal of it saying, “OMG, your stomach is so flat.” This year in PE, she took off her top in front of me and said “Don’t you just love my sexy abs?” she did this on 2 different occasions. I also sang for a variety show and people were surprised “I could sing so well”. After the variety show, my friend started singing in front of me at every chance she got and told me, “I can also sing”. Her attitude is really getting to me. She has her talents and people notice her for them so why is she trying so hard to take the spotlight off me? WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT HER?

Ok im in college and i had this group of friends (mostly guys) that i hung out with on the weekends when i came home. Well a while back ago I became close with this girl from school and that kinda gave me less time to hang out with my guy friends, we still saw each other occasionally just not every weekend. Then me and the guys started hanging out less and less and now i havent really seen them for like 6 months, and i think its because they dont like the girl, or something. And now i dont really like her either, she isnt a good friend or a good person. i mean like she full out ditches me and flakes on me all the time. And she only hangs out with me if theres no one else to hang out with. i know i should call up the guys, but im afraid they're mad at me for ditching them, or worse, that they think i've become like the girl, and also because i think they've kinda moved on from being friends with me. if you were them would you still want to be my friend? or should i just give up?

umm hey all i wanna ur help by this what u will do if u were in place of me i some friends that i were think that they are ma best frnds and they are true frnds so i where share with them every thing happen with me but at the end its bgin to me that thy were saying evrythng to othr ppl and they say to me something about each othe like if i were with 1 frm them she say that the other frnd hate me and she do not wanna be ma frnd but she only wanna be with me cause iam kind of good at school or with teatchers and then at the next day the other come to me and say the same but about her so i dont know what i have to do with them we were frnds for along time and they are ma nibghour but sometime i dont know how i belive them but really i have other frind she know them too but she dont like them she is good with me she didnt hurt me like they do and i hve say for her this and she said to me that i hve't to be frnd with thm any more or i hvnt to tell them naything too bt thy say she's bad 1

I've been friends with this girl for a long time, and we've went on a couple of dates before. But because I was with an ex at the time, I never pursued her, and she hooked up with another guy. We are still very good friends and she still tells me about her problems and it seems that shes having alot of problems with her boyfriend. What she doesn't know is that I'm very much in love with her. What should I do? I really want to tell her to break up with the guy and she probably will listen to me if I tell her, but my conscience won't let me do such a thing. I'm going to a party with her tomorrow, she said she would call me and not let her boyfriend know...is this wrong? Should I pursue her? What should I do?

Is it normal that I do not like spending the night at my friends houses? I see no point in it, all you do is stay with some people that you have seen all day long..just so you can stay up late, eat junk food, and gossip. Then you wake up the next morning feeling tired and cranky. I was offered to spend the night at my friend's house tonight, but I said I didn't want to because I had a soccer game the next day, and I didn't want to be tired during the game. Is this normal? Is there anyone else who out there who actually likes getting a good nights sleep in their own cozy bed?
