Is it normal that I do not like spending the night at my friends houses? I see no point in it, all you do is stay with some people that you have seen all day long..just so you can stay up late, eat junk food, and gossip. Then you wake up the next morning feeling tired and cranky. I was offered to spend the night at my friend's house tonight, but I said I didn't want to because I had a soccer game the next day, and I didn't want to be tired during the game. Is this normal? Is there anyone else who out there who actually likes getting a good nights sleep in their own cozy bed?

yeah, i like my own bed too :)
it's kind of the same thing w/ me and my friends too - they all like to get drunk and party, and i did that for a while, but now i'm just like 'what's the point?'. you end up doing a lot of things you regret, people make fun of the stupid things you did, and if you drink too much you get a hangover for the entire following day. so i decided not to drink and i almost feel like i'm at a little bit of a distance with my friends now. but i just have to find friends who believe in the same things that i do and just want to have good, clean fun.

umm i don't know but when i was in High School for some reason my teamates my friends/temates would sleep over my house a lot. Especially after we played some poker. Most of the time I slept on the floor cause some1 took my bed. So I don't even know why this person wants them in her house. if it was me i would be like get out.

I'm the same way. There's nothing wrong with being in the comfort of your own home. I noticed that when my daughter goes for a sleepover or she has a sleepover, they are up all night and she becomes nasty the next day from lack of sleep. You're doing the right thing...there's nothing wrong with it.

There is abs. nothing wrong with wanting to sleep in your own bed so very comfortably. I, personally, don't like sharing bathrooms with anyone but my husband. Staying over someone else's house isn't convenient and you may feel uptight ie. not being able to relax.

Sometimes maybe you could do that, but I think no problem if you spend your night at your friend's house for once. Coz, however he/she is still your friend and believe me someday you'll also want him/her to spend a night with you. ^_^
