Don't be so quick to say you love somebody. At this stage in your life at best it is probably infatuation. Love is a very complex emotion that involves maturity and many responsibilities.
I suggest you take your time and enjoy what the two of you are sharing. There is no need to rush into love. Have fun...get to really know each other. You are in the fun part of the relationship.
In the mean time don't lose focus on your studies. Make that your priority. Adjusting your self to adult life is much more important...prepare your self.

You are right when you think it is not so easy as most of the answers so tell.
Only thing that I see is that sooner or later you have to convey. Now it is the best if it is you who conveys with spoken words. Or else you can use some epistle, a messanger. Normally a lover knows whether or not his/her counterpart is also in love or not.
But in any case you must speak your mind forgetting about the consequences. But sooner the better.

Take her to a near-by restaurant and provide her good food, while eating just starting talking about her like you are so beautiful etc touch her hand/body and tell her "I like you and love you very much"....
