She says thing that are not very good about you to make sure that he dose not like you .The thing is that you do not want to be a part of that,what do you do to get out of that ?

A good friend will not speak ill of you, even if others do that to you, your good friend will not accept that.
So, she's not even a friend. Tell her you know what she's doing and ask her to stop that ignorant behavior.
A lot of people are as ignorant as she is. Don't bother too much. Better still, forget it.
