Are you spending everyday together? When calling does it feel like you have to call (or vice versa) or is it the "want" to call. If you are comfortable doing nothing together, then there is a chance. Some girls want a boyfriend some don't. The best way is just ask. What is it you are looking for, and tell her what you want. Being blunt is the best. Worse comes to worse, make sure you state that you are fine being friends, or whatever. Just be honest. Some girls still believe in the guy asking the girl out. Hang out with her friends, and ask them. That helps too.

If a girl is interested in you, she most likely give away signs like smile at you, wanting to talk to you for no reason, bat her eyes...
A girl could tell you that she's interested in you but most don't because they are afraid of being rejected
A girl could propose to a boy, it has happened before.

a) try speaking clearly and often to women around you. theres nothing wrong with having several acquaintances and friends. Get some confidence and in you will be confided.
b) unless your girlfriend is psychic there is no way that if YOU are attracted to HER that she can tell you. kapis?
c) what planet are you from? ok. well move to SanFrancisco then. They invite wierdos and weak willed men. Just make sure you check the 'girls' drawers before agreeing to anything.
