I recently moved into a new apartment with my boyfriend. Its very nice, and we are so pleased. It's not in a bad area, it had great amneties, security and so on.

I've been here almost a month and am beginning to be suspicous about my neighbors upstairs. Yesterday my bf and I were getting ready for bed and heard what we thought was loud intercourse. Because it was so loud we decided to listen and giggled for a good 20 minutes until we realized it wasn't sex. It's the children upstairs being loud. But I can't tell if its playing or abuse.

Today the mother came home with her boyfriend and the moment the pulled up all I heard was running upstairs. When they entered the apt it got extremely loud and heard large bangs and screaming. I heard "don't do this to me your my cousin". Someone else just left and I heard the kid cry "yey, they gone" and shut the balcony door.

If it does end up being abuse, do I ask the kids if they are ok and try to get them out... do I report it?

there is about a 5 year age difference (and she is more than legal 20.5 to be exact)
---heres what happened
monday my coworker (who is in his mid-late 40's) had a wine party at his house. i have been to similar ones at his house many times. me and her where the only ones under 40 so we got to talking. we both ended up drunk.
i had to smoke and went outside... she followed, we were alone. i tell her about a party im having this weekend and she begs to come. she then brags about her new bra and what size it is (like i couldnt guess- ooo my god) she then tells me how awsome she has always thought i was, how im her soul mate (like i said shes drunk) and asks for a cigg. i tell her no since she doesnt smoke- she then tells me she will show me her tiits if i do. i still say no but give her a drag. i then go to the car for another pack she follows. we talk and end up noses 2 in apart. but i dont kiss her. on the way back to the house she tells me how she would Fxck me.
invite her or run?

so, does the guy get out of buying any gifts except for your birthday(fi they remember-mine 5 days before christmas) and he does not remember,
we lived together for 16yr, neither of us can remember the day we met just the month(somewhat) and the year.
so we dont have an actual anniversary, so he dont have to get an "actual" anniversary gift? or remember when we met?
he never wanted a license,
I feel we missed out on the "anniversary gift exchanges", what to do now? if anything, its been 16yr.
we dont see his parents--so no in-law problems, and my mom passed away (he never met her)lucky him lol.
and my dad retired to florida, (dont see)
so thinking im missing out on some of the marriage things.?
what about an "anniversary'? gifts? or dont have to remember?

I live in the States she's in France and she's been calling me and e-mailing me incessantly for 2 years. I get a call yesterday from a local number and it's her!
