Does anyone know about what kinds of things in the 1st and 2nd Season of Grey's Anatomy differ from what kinds of things a REAL surgical intern would do? Like what kinds of things are exaggerated or under-exaggerated? And what things happen at Seattle Grace (which I know isn't a real hospital, its actually an airport in real life) that wouldn't happen in a real hospital?

Please try to keep it 1st and 2nd season, because I haven't seen the 3rd season and I don't want it spoiled for me ^^.
