No one died at the end of the first season; they were all brought to the hospital. One of them does die early in the second season, however. The third season will be on in the fall, probably soon after the DVD release.

They didn't die but it left us with a cliffhanger, which is all 3 in Dean's car bloody and deadlooking, except Sam, who was the only one that wasn't seriously hurt. Someone dies in the next Season, 1st episode, but I won't tell you. It's really good, and funny at the same time. It's my favorite show, I have never missed one episode!

Yeah there is a season 2, which has just finished. Dean nearly died in the crash, but John made a deal to save him which was basically a swap of John's soul for Dean's life, effective immediately.

no they didn't die from the crash however, since Dean almost dies...John makes a deal with the demon and he sacrifices his life for Dean's...and it was renewed for a 3rd season

There is a second season and there will be a third. Also one of them does die, i don't want to spoil it for you of which one does.
