What so bad about it, if it is not harmong your relationship?

my fiancee looks at porn. i don't have an issue with him looking/watching it. i'd rather him look and me know about it, than to have him go behind my back and do it. i don't see anything wrong with porn.

The big deal are the statistics. Statistically, people who are addicted to porn become disinterested in their partners, which has a negative impact on relationships. Even sexuality splattered all over the TV as you indicate is harmful to children and adults because watchers become desensitized to the material. There is quite a bit of research on the web suggesting the type of people who are addicted to porn often have some kind of emotional or mental illnesses. Many serial murders, for instance, have pornography addictions. Personality types of individuals who are addicted to porn often have social problems, are overly ego-centric, and have distorted and poor views of women. So, there's pretty good reason to "bash" porn.

There is nothing wrong with it if it is a sometime thing. It is when they become addicted to it, and expect every relationship they have to be like the images they watch all the time that it becomes a concern.

It's gross. I'd hope they'd have more intelligent hobbies.
