Have you guys ever noticed that in almost all sitcoms that involve a family, they always have quarts of milk instead of gallons or half gallons like normal families? Do any real families that drink milk actually by quart sized?

I like the guy that played Pete but why did Pete have to be black? You could have thrown Ron Troupe in there or somebody new but nope make a historic character black cuz its convient... Anyway, question is what happened to him though? One episode hes there, next episode Petes a memory. Did they kill him off? Did he just quit and they ignored it?

Is anyone else disgusted by the way American Idol shows these untalented people? I feel embarrassed for these people, yet the show takes no mercy on them, shows them on national TV making fools of themselves and don't give a rat's poop chute on hoe these people feel or must deal with their infamy after the show. I can't watch, I feel embarassed for them. Am I alone?

or let them go on and be humiliated? i know everyone wants to be famous, but WOW there are better ways than embarassing yourself on national TV. And WHY????? oh why didn't their friends and family tell them - look dude/girl you know i love ya, but you just plain can't sing. If it were me i'd rather be a bit put out a bit at having someone i love warn me rather than be humiliated on TV. Some of the people tonight were beyond bad. Why did the people they know allow them to go out and be crucified like that? It boggles my mind. Would you let someone you know go through that? And why or why not?
If you don't watch the show or don't like it - that's fine but don't waste my time and yours by giving a NON answer please.

As in appearing on magazine covers and selling stories of their lives, chat shows, tv aderts, tv interviews, fitness videos, songs, modelling assignments and earning loads of cash ? (Jade is apparently already worth £3 million)

Or will the advertising/fame industry have cooled on them - or will they become even bigger stars than before ?

dont get me wrong, i LOVE american idol. its the one chance for somebody who is passionate about singing to hit it big. is it just me, or are they picking on people this year? i mean, obviously, there are people on american idol who shouldnt be there, but they tried out because they really wanted to. it seems to me, that this year, they are really taking it too far, with the insults and comments. i remember the first season of american idol, it was either a "yes" or "no" with mabye a little comment from simon here and there. but its like, this year, they are taking all (and only) the really bad auditions, and airing thoes, so they can "make fun" of the people who really bombed, because they know that its what america wants to see. not once so far, have i heard the judges tell somebody "its good, but you need improvement". so far, all i've seen is some very rude comments. its just not the same anymore! does anybody agree?

Did anyone see the last episode? I always watch them online. A couple of the guys brought girls over and they didn't have bathing suits. One of them opened up her towel while getting into the jacuzzi and her privates were clearly exposed. I was just wondering if that was blocked out on tv cuz it's not online.
