I like the guy that played Pete but why did Pete have to be black? You could have thrown Ron Troupe in there or somebody new but nope make a historic character black cuz its convient... Anyway, question is what happened to him though? One episode hes there, next episode Petes a memory. Did they kill him off? Did he just quit and they ignored it?

i dont know what happened to the actor who played Pete,but i know that they said his character "Pete" moved to another town because of his mom.I think it was that his mom got a new job and so he had to move.they just never brougth his character back after that.

Jasam is right, about him moving because of his mom's job. To elaborate they moved to Topeka when she was appointed to the state Supreme Court. Pete also was finding it more difficult to keep Clark's secret and thought distance would be beneficial.
