I started scratching all morning... and woke up and had 4 different red spots on my left arm. 2 are huge.. and the other 2 are a bit smaller. When i touch the spots they feel hard.. and it's very red.. it still itches a bit.. should i let it go away? or should i go to the doctor and get it checked out. I really don't want to go spend my money if it will go away on its own. What could it had been.

P.S. My window is near the trash cans outside my house... and it could had been a bug from out there.. also this morning i saw some little black bug... it looked like it was something like a fly but it was way thinner and had longer dark black wings... what could it had been?
