lack of sleep doesnt make the mind the react faster unless that person is runing on red bull and coffy 24 7 all so you can start to become diabetic from not haveing enouth sleep.
it is ture that in an study into a lack of sleep can cause symtoms of drinking alchole.
the right food will give you barin the boost it needs
but there are brain bosters as well not many people no about
about it.
but with sex that makes a person mind much shaper ?? well i dont no enouth about that to comment on but im currently reading the last wikipedia that i posted thats the thurd one about sex and intelligence

I did a 24 hr fast for World Peace Day along w a few friends. Everyone talked about their mind being sharper, more alert.
