Purple Rain. I have the movie and the cd. It's my second cd, cause I wore the first one out. There's not a song on it that I don't like, and that's unusual.

Had the U2 album been The Joshua Tree, it would be in second place... I love the song "Jungle Love" from Morris Day & The Time off the Purple Rain OST.
Back In Black kicked off the 80's in grand style... I was in Grade 8 at the time.

Ooooh tough one! I guess it is Scarecrow by John Cougar Mellencamp, cause I still have the cassette packed away somewhere....and I know I don't own any of the others. All of them were good albums though.

I will always adore Prince for his talent and eccentric ways.
U2 - Rattle & Hum comes in second place.
