I'm very good at tuning things out that are negative to me. If someone is nagging me, I will try to initially listen to what they say but if they don't stop I will ignore them. Nagging is not the right way of going about getting someone to listen to you.

One should be careful who they tune out and listen more to what they are saying. What we consider "nagging" may be a wake up call that although we have been listening to something over and over again, that we are not hearing the message.
