I know girls have breasts, im not retarded, but y are breast considered inopropiot??

this is actually a good question. what is it about the female breast that makes it seem obscene to the general public? they are not involved in reproduction at all, so they cant be considered related to the genitals. in a fair society it would be all or none, either women could walk around without shirts or men could not. It would be interesting to look back in history and find out just when exposed breasts began to be considered inappropriate.

Social standards. If you want to put it simply, women have breasts. You see when a guy doesn't wear a shirt he's not showing off a body part that when you touch he'll get sexually aroused (for the most part).

we have breast and if we are shirtless ppl will be staring. hey but if you want to go shirtless go for it. just beware for guys.
