I work in a natural foods store, and it just irritates me when people are mistaken about the price of something simply because they didn't bother to read the signs closely. Also, I sometimes get irritated when people try to use the entrance as an exit, even though there is a sign on the door that says in plain English, "DO NOT ENTER."

It seems the 'average' person automatically thinks of seperate classrooms for profoundly mentally retarded students.
There is a huge sterotype of thinking and a great deal of stigma attached to the phrase.
Unless you have some sort of personal experience in the 'system', most people don'trealize what a wide range "special education" covers.
What do you think?

By "South," I mean NC, SC, TN, GA, AL, FL, MS, LA, AR, OK, and TX. Also, the EXTREME southern parts of the following states: KY, MO, and VA (like the southernmost 20 miles.)

I WISH I was from the South--I'm actually from upstate Kentucky, b/t Louisville and Lexington. Most parts of KY, MO, and VA don't count, and MD, WV, DE, KS, IL, and IN certainly don't count. Sorry, ya'll!

I like the South, mostly because people are more polite, better mannered, and the weather, while it gets hot and sticky during the summer, is relatively comfortable year-round. I'd LOVE to live down there!

I did and all of it was accurate. I lived in the US and he told me I would move to Japan, my first child would be a boy, ect. Well guess what, I found out 1 month later I was pregnant. I have a baby boy, and 4 months ago I moved to Japan. I never ever thought I would live in Japan but here I am. Has anyone else had this happen??? Tell me about it please

Think back 1960 and 1980 and 1990 to today and decide who is the greatest rock band of all time. I know the answer to this question, because I asked it, but I would like to know what you all think!

Is is the experimental sound of early Gensis with Peter Gabriel at the helms?

Is it the guitar mastery of Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, George Thorogood, Edgar Winters or Carlos Santana?

Is it the hard rock of Black Sabbath or Led Zeppelin?

Is it the phsychedelic rock of earlier Pink Floyd and Emerson Lake and Palmer?

Or is it the modern rock of Smahing Pumpkins, Green Day or Coheed & Cambria?

Or is it the one hit wonders like Trippin' Daisy (where did they go?)?

I have intentionally left out the 80s because to me they should never have existed and to which all should be forgotten. Whip it..whip it BAD....!
