Well, my dad & step-mom are my bosses, and I have flexible hours, I never get in trouble for being late, or going home early, I can bring my kids to work with me if I need to, I don't have to wear a uniform (I could wear pajamas to work if I wanted to), or even dress up, no weekends or holidays, but I get holiday pay....is that enough?? Oh, and I just got a raise : )

My boss is pretty laid-back and she treats us as equals. She stands up for our department when we're getting crap from other departments that's unwarranted, and she supports us professionally and personally. She's a pretty cool lady, polar opposite of my last boss!

He's fair. He treats everyone the same and is down to earth, one of the few nice rich guys I know.
