How likely is it? When would it take place?

From beginning to end and every song in between. What album do you think stands above the rest.

(Classic rock being before the 80's)

It certainly bothers me, I don't want to look through crappy pop groups when I'm looking for good music. I also think that they should have seperate sections for metal and rock, but since many people think that bands such as sum 41 and linkin park are metal then they'd end up being in the metal section for some stupid reason.

I’ll bet that the funeral of G.G. Allin would top the list. There is something of a black humor element to it all, but these idiots that attended this final goodbye had to have been whacked out of their minds.

ok is it just me or did the Foo Fighters used to be named Foo Foo Fighters a long time ago? I remember listening to them in the 90's and I swear that there was two "Foo"'s? I dunno maybe it was some joke I made up and it stuck with me for some reason.

I have witnessed this quite a bit and I think it's obnoxious. I used to be able to buy multiple import versions of an album to get these rare tracks on them that our domestic versions don't have. Now that I'm older and I have bills to pay...well, I can't keep up. And you can't always find them online.

Now quite a few bands release compliation albums with rare tracks so you can eventually catch up, but sometimes that's not for years down the road.

So what is the rationale behind putting these tracks on versions we can't easily get our hands on here? Is it rewarding the foreign listener, punishing the domestic listener, both or neither?

Thanks, jmike. :)

Yeah, spit 'em out, and your opinions on them.

Here on Buffalo's Edge, we got Korn's Evolution, Linkin Park's Bleed It Out, Foo Fighter's The Pretender, Three Days Grace's Never Too Late, Seether's Fake It, Chevelle's I Get It, Kid Rock's So Hott, and Hellyeah's Alcohaulin ***. IMO, I like Korn's and the Foos songs, and find Seether's song to be boring and Kid Rock's song as absymmal.

This is one of several annoying expressions that are popular today. Again, it goes back to the fact that there clearly never was any emotion in music until emo was created. So, how did the term “scene” come into being? It sounds like lame 50’s style lingo, “Hey Daddy-O, that scene is so square, man. Oh, how’s the fish, Al?” Or does the term refer to the fact that emos are given to drama and crying at the drop of a hat? In other words, they enjoy “making a scene.”

Does anyone know who was the woman who inspired Dylan's "Tangled Up In Blue". This is one of my favorite songs of all time. I heard somewhere that there was a woman who inspired the song and that she was the funniest person Dylan knew.

A GREAT song describing or alluding to the loss of a relationship due to dumb pride, selfishness, etc but a realization that was the stupidest thing ever to do with THAT person?
